I received an email from a Nigerian attorney who identified himself as "Timothy", asking where he could find the full opinion in the Herring v. State case, on which I did a blog post.
I found the opinion and downloaded the pdf but cannot send it to Timothy unless I have his email address. He contacted me via a comment on this blog, which is a "no-reply" function.
I'll be happy to send the pdf if I get the email address.
