Can opinions be taken / char...What about opinions? Can opinions be taken / charged as threats? Like: "In my opinion, Pres. should be killed." Or, "In my opinion.... and if you agree, press "yea", if you disagree, press "nay". Or, "in my opinion, I ought to puch you in the nose." What if some fool decided to stand outside the Whitehouse holding a sign saying "I think someone should kill the Pres." or "In my opinion, I think someone should kill the Pres."
